🏠 The house is in a really nice location, very close to central station in Sydney which is only a 10 minute walk away. The house itself is very spacious and open planned. The kitchen, living room and dining area all lapse into one large space. The toilet downstairs and upstairs are very modern and both have good showers. Definitely would recommend staying in the house; although the price is relatively high, for location, facilities and living spaces, this is one of the best you can get for the area you’re staying in.

Price: The rent is 2000 AUD ( ≈ 1200 EURO) per week.

Unfortunately, my time renting from this Landlord was disappointing. While the initial move-in process was smooth, maintenance requests were often ignored or took weeks to address. The lack of communication and follow-through made living here frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend renting from them. Our back garden used also flood during the rainy season see the picture above.

Communication could have been better, but overall, it was an good experience. The picture above however doesn’t look like the place we rented and that was advertised.

My experience with [Landlord’s Name] was a nightmare. They were virtually impossible to reach, and when I did manage to get in touch, they were unhelpful and dismissive. The lack of communication and professionalism made living here unbearable. Avoid at all costs. The only upside was the view from the balcony seen in the picture.

I can’t speak highly enough of [Landlord’s Name]. Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly go above and beyond for their tenants. Any concerns were addressed promptly, and they made sure I felt comfortable and valued throughout my tenancy. Highly recommend renting from them!
